Like many things in life, Eager Beaver Brownies was born out of serendipity. At first home-baked and served at a private party by our founder Dorothy, they were so popular that folks started requesting to buy them. Hence, we set out to satisfy the crowd's sweet tooth, with the industriousness of our chocolate-furred beaver friend Edgar as our spirit guide.

When we taste our luscious brownies, each bite reminds us of schoolyard bake sales, sunny ferry rides, and summer market stalls. It is our childhood on a wood swing; our balmy day picnics on the greens, an evening dessert date.

 

We create our bars from scratch, using only the finest fresh ingredients to create our signature brownie range. Traditionally baked using high quality chocolate, each handcrafted piece is flavored with happy memories, laced with old fashion nostalgia, and garnished with a cheeky smile.
